Alessio Tasca, Antonibon perimeter wall, 1991

In the eight sections in which the 74 slabs of this wall are divided, Alessio Tasca retraces the history of Nove and its ceramics, blending personal memories with past experiences, tied to the months of the year. It is a long series of stoneware panels that were drawn and carved in 1991, on behalf of the municipal administration, to decorate the southern wall of the Antonibon-Barettoni complex. The current wall was preceded by a pictorial decoration executed in 1956 by the same artist with colored mortars.

All’attività artistica affianca quella didattica all’Istituto d’Arte di Nove per oltre vent’anni.
